The Arrondaz plateau, the children’s playground
Reached by gondola from the resort, the Arrondaz plateau gathers the green and blue runs, the Kid Park (games, carousel, snow castle), the boarder cross and the fun zones. Parents ski around, children stay in sight: the easy meeting point for the whole family.
Sledging
Two 2 km Bob Park sledging runs, with bumps and banked turns, by day and by night depending on the resort programme. Four sledges are provided in the apartment. Helmet recommended for children.
Snowshoeing and walks
Snowshoe routes from the resort and guided outings: programme published each season by the tourist office. Snowshoe rental at the resort shops.
Events
The resort website regularly announces: balance bikes on snow, Ludoparc, mini-discos, igloo building, archery tag, Santa’s arrival on 24 December. The weekly events bulletin is published on valfrejus.com.
In the apartment
Travel cot, bathtub (handy for little ones), PlayStation 4, board games, 2 TVs: enough for snowy evenings. Outdoor playground nearby.
