Who is responsible?

What data, and why?
When you send a booking request or a contact message, we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number, requested dates, number of guests and your message. This data is used only to answer your request, prepare the rental contract and organise your stay. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the rental contract.
We collect no banking data on this website. Payment is made by bank transfer, outside the website.
For how long?
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted at the latest 12 months after the requested stay date. Data linked to an actual booking is kept for the legal retention period of contractual and accounting documents [[À COMPLÉTER PAR SAM]] (period to be confirmed with the accountant).
Who receives it?
Our strictly necessary technical providers: website hosting, database and email sending [[À COMPLÉTER PAR SAM]] (final list of providers in phase 1b / 1c: for example Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend). No data is sold or transferred.
Cookies and audience measurement
The website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Audience measurement, if enabled, is cookie-free and does not identify visitors (Cloudflare Web Analytics). The form is protected against robots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not identify people.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [[À COMPLÉTER PAR SAM]]. You may also contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Inspection photos (coming)
A future version of the website will let guests photograph the accommodation on arrival and departure. These photos concern only the accommodation, are accessible only to the owner and to the guest concerned, and are deleted 6 months after the stay unless there is a dispute. This section will be completed when the feature goes live.
